This client came to us during startup phase to ask for our help in making mockups of a user experience for a browser plugin-based micropayment system to show potential partners and investors. We created HTML and Photoshop mockups that showed this product in action, long before any code was written. We also created workflow diagrams in Visio that showed how the user would use the product when it was built.

OUR DESIGN
This browser plugin was intended to be lightweight, only appearing when needed to make micropayments.

OUR DESIGN
We styled the user interface to look like an installed application, to give it more credibility.

OUR DESIGN
Notice the attention to detail, from a user interaction design perspective-look at the power that's presented in the filtering controls and the level of functionality that is accessed in the table. This was just a demo, but unlike the user experience prototypes you'll see from many Web Designers, it did not gloss over the user interaction details.
We wish the business model could have gained a foothold-wouldn't you love to have a micropayment product offering with ubiquitous coverage?
